Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States.

 

Processing time: orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

 

Delivery time: standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days after shipment.

 

Shipping cost: free shipping on all subscription orders. One time orders may include a small shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

 

Tracking: you will receive tracking by email and SMS as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it anytime from your account.

 

Lost or delayed packages: carrier delays are occasionally outside our control. If your tracking has not updated in 5 or more business days, or your package is marked delivered but missing, email us and we will make it right.

 

Address accuracy: please double check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, but we will always try to help.
